Kimbra Ness is a Realtor with the Keller Williams Integrity Northwest office in Otsego, Minnesota. Kimbra helps her clients find their perfect match home in the northwest metro area.

BRAND IDENTITY

Kimbra Ness is a true real estate professional–she’s warm, cares deeply about her clients, and works to make sure everyone finds a new home that’s just perfect for them. We had the opportunity to work with Kimbra to develop a brand identity that differentiated her from other Realtors in her area. After our consultation with her, the Solutionistas created a beautiful brand identity that incorporated Kimbra’s identity as a home matchmaker (and her love of Tiffany’s teal!).

GRAPHIC & PRINT DESIGN

Once her new brand identity was in place, it was time to create some Realtor swag! We designed stationery, business cards, lawn signs, magnets, and postcards to help Kimbra connect with current and future clients. Her lively brand helps her stand out from the pack while maintaining her identity as a Keller Williams agent.

INBOUND MARKETING

Blogging

To boost Kimbra’s online presence, we updated the design of her website to reflect her brand and created a blogging content calendar. She can send her clients to her blog to learn all about the home buying and selling process, get updates on the northwest metro housing market, and find tips for family fun across the area.

Email Marketing

To promote her blog posts and help her connect more deeply with her contacts, Origin Smart Marketing designed a beautiful email marketing template for Kimbra. The template incorporates her new brand identity and shares engaging content with buyers and sellers in the northwest metro area.

Social Media

With her new brand in place, the Solutionistas developed a content calendar to promote Kimbra across the web. We created brand-aligned social images and a social media strategy to help Kimbra stay top-of-mind with her social followers.
