Origin Smart Marketing also had the opportunity to work with Premier Commercial Properties on a brand-new responsive website. The new website makes it easy to search properties for sale and for lease and showcases the team’s property management capabilities, too. To better tell the Premier story and demonstrate the team’s experience in the north metro, the Solutionistas added new Our Story and Our Team sections with a rich history of the company and updated staff biographies. Client stories are also featured prominently in the main navigation to help prospective customers understand how Premier works with its clients.

WordPress Care Plan

To make sure the Premier Commercial Properties’ website would stay in tip-top shape, the Solutionistas recommended our comprehensive WordPress Care Plan. Every month, we make sure that their database and WordPress files are backed up, safe, and secure. We also perform any required updates to the site’s plugins, themes, and WordPress itself. Finally, we conduct a health check to make sure the site is being indexed by Google and contained no major errors within Google Search Console.

To help spread the word about Premier Commercial Properties’ services, the Solutionistas partnered closely with the Premier team to develop a content calendar that leverages their deep industry knowledge and personal approach to client relationships. The Premier social media pages feature market updates, current properties, testimonials, and information about each Premier team member.

DIGITAL MARKETING

The Solutionistas had the opportunity to work with Premier Commercial Properties to revamp the digital marketing collateral used to promote their clients’ properties. The digital flipbook features an updated design that showcases each property with professional photography and engaging descriptions while building the Premier Commercial Properties brand. The flipbook is shareable as an interactive link or a PDF. To accompany it, the Solutionistas also put together a print postcard.

Another highlight of the Premier digital marketing update was the use of 360-degree, interactive photography to allow viewers to tour each property. Viewers can click on elements within the tour that highlight a property’s features.
