About Bell Plaza
The gateway to France Avenue in Bloomington, Bell Plaza is a premier class A office tower located prominently on I-494. It is home to a thriving community of professionals in the financial, technology, and health care industries. The recently refurbished building features a sunny atrium, deli, fitness room, and other amenities.
WEBSITE DESIGN
The Origin Smart Marketing Solutionistas partnered with Bell Plaza on its website design project. Bell Plaza wanted to create a website that showcased everything the property has to offer. While the leasing office maintained a site with available spaces for rent, there was no website just for tenants and their visitors. Bell Plaza wanted to create a website that highlighted its features and amenities as well as the surrounding community.
After a discovery meeting, the Origin team developed a bold, engaging design for Bell Plaza’s new website. The site highlights the property’s features, area amenities, and its comprehensive tenant services. Tenants can read up on essential updates and request conference room reservations right on the website. Beautiful photography of the building and surrounding area make the design pop.
WordPress Care Plan
To make sure the Bell Plaza’s website would stay in tip-top shape, the Solutionistas recommended our comprehensive WordPress Care Plan. Every month, we make sure that their database and WordPress files are backed up, safe, and secure. We also perform any required updates to the site’s plugins, themes, and WordPress itself. Finally, we conduct a health check to make sure the site is being indexed by Google and contained no major errors within Google Search Console.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Custom photography was part of the marketing services Origin Smart Marketing provided Bell Plaza. Our photographer arrived on a sunny spring day to capture the building’s atrium in all its glory. The photos show off the tower’s ample natural light and its beautiful landscaping as well as updated furnishings and conference room accommodations.
